Congratulations! You are now done with Step 1 of 3 of the Rainwater Harvesting forms. Please make sure to print and sign the Maintenance Commitment (step 2) and Liability Waiver (step 3) in order to be considered eligible for the program.

Please return the forms by mail, fax or email (scanned) to the City’s contractor, Malcolm Pirnie.

Residents that apply will be receiving a FREE rain barrel while businesses will receive a FREE, custom-made planter box.
